Level 02

Automation

n8n, Make, Zapier. Rule-based flows. You build the path once — then it runs without you.

Tool Mapping & Process Optimization

  • Identify processes that can be automated
  • Build your first own automation — live
  • Typical mistakes and how to avoid them

From Prompt to Agent System

  • What distinguishes agents from automations
  • Training concept in 10 minutes — live demo
  • Design your first own agent system
  • Your own conception model as foundation for AI design
Session 04

Your Impact Architecture

  • Present your system and refine it through the group
  • Peer review — concrete, not nice
  • Handover into daily work: what runs starting Monday?
  • Follow-up: joint session after 6 weeks

Between modules: transfer tasks, peer tandems, and individual 1:1 slots for your specific situation.
