The next step after AI tools

AI impact architecture not another tool course

For trainers, coaches and consultants who want to integrate AI into real work, not just experiment with it.

What is an AI impact architecture and how do you learn to build one?

In the 12-week live online program you develop your own AI impact architecture for real cases from your practice.

Not as a collection of single prompts. But as a repeatable system for client projects, training processes and development formats.

From week 4 onward, your first usable architecture takes shape, supported by live sessions, personal 1:1 impulses, peer group and community.

  • 12 weeks live online
  • 30 hours of training
  • 6 personal 1:1 sessions
  • real case from week 4
  • transfer & quality assurance

How the AI impact architecture program unfolds

In four phases you turn your previous AI use into your own AI impact architecture for training, coaching, consulting and learning processes. It is not a tool collection, but a repeatable work system for real practice cases.

Weeks 1-3Foundation

Clarify context, rules and quality

You define where AI should carry your work, which quality standards apply and where the boundaries are.

First real case
Week 4First architecture

Build the first real case

A concrete work case becomes your first usable AI impact architecture. Not a demo, but a working version.

Weeks 5-8Transfer

Integrate evaluation and processes

You connect AI with concept design, material work, reflection, transfer support, evaluation and quality assurance.

Weeks 9-12Operational

Make the architecture operational

You sharpen steering, review, agent logic and handover. The result is an architecture that keeps running and evolving in your work.

Result after 12 weeks

Your own AI impact architecture for a real work case, including rules, process logic, review steps and transfer mechanics.

Format & support

How the AI impact architecture program is structured

The program combines weekly live online modules, personal 1:1 support, peer work and community access. Across 12 weeks, a clear frame emerges in which you develop, test and operationalize your own AI impact architecture.

What changes afterwards

Not with prompts.With work architecture.

You can judge AI use in training, coaching and L&D professionally.
You have built your own AI impact architecture for a real case.
You can steer quality standards, data protection, tone and boundaries.
You use AI for concept design, transfer, evaluation and recurring processes.
You know when a prompt is enough, when automation is needed and when agent logic makes sense.
You have a peer group and community that continue the work after the program.
Content

The content stays practical: less tool show, more architecture work.

The modules work on your real practice. Each phase creates a result you can keep using.

Support

The program works because the work happens between modules.

6 personal 1:1 sessions

Every participant works on their own architecture. In 1:1 we clarify context, quality, technical logic and next steps.

6 peer sessions

Every two weeks the peer group continues without Dirk. The goal: review, questions, testing and real implementation.

6 months community

The community remains open three months beyond the program. For questions, further development and exchange once the architecture is running.

Frequently asked questions

What you should know before signing up.

What is the AI impact architecture program?

The AI impact architecture program is a 12-week live online program for trainers, coaches and learning architects. Its goal is not more tool knowledge, but a personal AI architecture for concept design, transfer, evaluation, quality assurance and recurring processes. From week 4 onward, the first usable architecture is built for a real case from your practice.

Who is it for?

The program is for trainers, coaches, learning architects, consultants and L&D professionals who want to integrate AI professionally into their work. It fits people who already have first AI experience and now want a reliable structure for their everyday work.

How is the format structured?

The format includes 12 live modules of 150 minutes, 6 personal 1:1 sessions of 60 minutes, 6 peer sessions every two weeks and 6 months of community access. The program runs over 12 weeks; the community remains open for three months afterwards.

What happens from week 4 onward?

From week 4 onward, you build your first own AI impact architecture for a real work case. This can be a training concept, transfer logic, evaluation architecture, reflection process or recurring consulting workflow. What matters is that something usable emerges for your work.

Do I need to code?

No. You do not need to code. What matters is that you understand your own work professionally and are willing to rethink it structurally with AI. Technical tools are used, but they are not the center. The center is the question which architecture creates impact in daily work.

How much time should I plan each week?

Plan for 2.5 hours live online per week. Depending on the week, add 1:1, peer work and your own building time. A realistic range is about 6 to 8 hours per week if you want to use the program seriously for your practice.

What does the program cost?

The investment is EUR 5,490. It includes 12 live modules, 6 personal 1:1 sessions, the peer structure and 6 months of community access. Inhouse or team formats are offered individually.
