Training for Trainers & Coaches · Live Online

From Tool Use
to Impact Architecture

You already use AI in your work as a trainer, coach, or learning architect. But you do not yet use it in a way that fundamentally changes your work. That is the difference this training makes.

AI is changing what is expected of us as trainers and coaches.

Not the one who knows the most tools gets better. But the one who understands how AI is truly integrated into their work — as a system, not as an experiment.

90% of trainers and coaches work on level 1: they prompt, read the output, process manually. That saves some time. But it does not change anything fundamentally.

„I use AI daily. But I feel I am only scratching the surface."

This training addresses exactly that. Wirkarchitektur is our term for the design logic that turns AI usage into reliable impact — and the training builds it. Not through more theory, but through a system you develop during the program on your own tasks.

The three AI levels — where do you stand?

What matters is not whether you use AI, but how.

Level 01

Generative AI

ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot. Prompt in, process output. You control every step manually.

Level 02

Automation

n8n, Make, Zapier. Rule-based flows. You build the path once — then it runs without you.

Level 03

Agents

You define the goal. The AI plans, decides, and executes itself — you approve the result.

The distinction at a glance

An assistant waits for you. Automation waits for a trigger. An agent waits for a goal.

Level 2 frees you from repetition. Level 3 frees you from complexity. Together they mean: When you are in the room, you are truly in the room.

Who it is for

You work as a trainer, coach, or learning architect — and recognize yourself here.

  • You already use AI — but not systematically and not on all levels
  • You know there is more possible — but do not know where to start
  • You want concrete results, not more theory about AI trends
  • You want a system that does not end up in the drawer after the training

Maximum 6 people — so that everyone gets sufficient individual attention.

Weeks program duration
The program

Four modules. Each with a clear goal — and a result you take with you directly.

Session 01

AI Position Assessment

  • Self-check: on which level do you really work?
  • Experience the three levels live — not explained
  • Application potential for trainers and coaches
  • Identify your first own task on level 3
Session 02

Tool Mapping & Process Optimization

  • Which tools for which task — concretely for your business
  • Identify processes that can be automated
  • Build your first own automation — live
  • Typical mistakes and how to avoid them
Session 03

From Prompt to Agent System

  • What distinguishes agents from automations
  • Training concept in 10 minutes — live demo
  • Design your first own agent system
  • Your own conception model as foundation for AI design
Session 04

Your Impact Architecture

  • Present your system and refine it through the group
  • Peer review — concrete, not nice
  • Handover into daily work: what runs starting Monday?
  • Follow-up: joint session after 6 weeks

Between modules: transfer tasks, peer tandems, and individual 1:1 slots for your specific situation.

What you take with you

No certificate. No slide deck. But a system that truly runs in your work.

An AI work system — built on your real tasks, not on examples
Concrete automations running from day 1 after the training
Training concepts created by an agent system for you — not manually
Clarity: which tools are truly relevant for your work
Prompts, templates, and workflows developed from your practice
A learning group on the same path — even after the training
What carries the program

Four modules are the frame. What makes the training effective happens between and after.

Transfer

Between modules

  • Each unit ends with a concrete transfer task for your practice
  • You apply it directly — not someday, but in the current week
  • In the next module you bring what worked — and what did not
  • No theoretical homework, but real application cases
Peer Groups

Learning in the group

  • Fixed peer tandems accompany you through the entire program
  • Regular peer sessions: mutual review, concrete feedback
  • You learn not only from the trainer — but from people in the same situation
  • Different contexts, one shared challenge
Community

After the training

  • You remain part of the group — the exchange does not end with the last module
  • Follow-up session after 6 weeks: What has changed?
  • Biweekly transfer and implementation calls — exclusive for the current cohort and alumni
  • A group that speaks the same language — and keeps growing
1:1 Coaching

Your individual situation

  • 3 personal 1:1 sessions of 60 minutes — included in the program
  • No group solution: we look together at your concrete context
  • Your tools, your processes, your tasks
  • Flexibly schedulable — you book when you need them

Frequently asked questions

What you should know before signing up.

Who is this training for?

This training is designed for trainers, coaches, consultants, learning architects, and L&D professionals who want to integrate AI into their work in a serious, substantive way — not just try it out. It is for people who design learning processes, development formats, or knowledge work, and who want to build a solid understanding of AI for that context.

How is this different from a typical AI online course?

This training differs from a typical online course on AI mainly in that it does not stop at tools, prompts, and individual tricks. Instead of just showing applications, it builds a working understanding of how AI is embedded into real work and learning processes. The focus is on Wirkarchitektur — context, rules, steering, and useful integration in everyday practice. The result is not just more knowledge about AI, but higher quality in using it.

Do I need to know how to code or bring technical expertise?

No, you do not need to know how to code or bring specialized technical knowledge for this training. What matters is the willingness to look at your own work carefully and to understand AI as a way of working, not just a tool. The training is designed so that people without a technical background can participate meaningfully. Those who already have some experience will gain structure, clarity, and depth.

How much time between modules is realistic?

The workload between modules is designed to remain realistic alongside a normal working schedule. What matters is not putting in as many extra hours as possible, but transferring the content purposefully into your own practice. Plan for around 1 to 3 hours per week for reflection, experimentation, and transfer. If someone works particularly intensively on their own cases, the workload can occasionally be higher.

What will I take away from the training?

After the training you take away not just more knowledge about AI, but greater capacity to act in your own work context. You understand how to use AI meaningfully for concept design, transfer, learning processes, material development, and knowledge work, without getting lost in tool questions. You also gain a clearer view of where AI relieves effort, where it can improve quality, and where it needs to be carefully guided. The goal is not short-lived enthusiasm but durable application.

How do I sign up?

Registration happens directly through the Academy page or the contact option linked there. If you want to check in advance whether the training fits your work context, you can send a brief inquiry. The entry stays simple without becoming arbitrary.
